JONMC believes that meaningful impact begins with strong leadership, community partnership, and responsible stewardship. We work collaboratively, listen to the needs of young golfers and their families, and focus our resources where they can make the greatest difference.
Our leadership approach is guided by transparency, accountability, and a commitment to preserving the trust of our donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners. By staying mission-focused, we ensure that every effort supports the growth and development of junior golfers across the Gulf Coast.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors helps guide the vision and direction of JONMC. This group brings together people who care deeply about the mission and work together to keep the organization moving forward. They look after key activities, review budgets, and make sure resources are used responsibly and with purpose.
Each member brings their own background, experience, and passion for supporting young golfers. They stay closely involved in shaping programs, planning for the future, and keeping JONMC grounded in the values that inspired its founding. Their leadership helps the organization grow while staying true to Jack O’Neill’s legacy.

Governance & Accountability
JONMC is a nonprofit charitable organization governed by an active Board of Directors and guided by established bylaws and policies designed to support responsible decision-making and financial oversight.
The Board approves budgets, reviews organizational activities, and oversees the use of charitable funds to ensure resources are directed toward programs and initiatives that advance the organization's mission. Regular financial reporting and established accountability practices help maintain transparency and public trust.
